If you're anything like me you wont appreciate paying more than you have to borrow money. Some time ago tv shows were being aired in the UK showing doorstep lenders in a very poor light. What they were complaining about were the door to door salesmen knocking on doors selling loans. Now, there is obviously nothing wrong with this practice at all, and it is perfectly legal but it was the charging of broker fees that really got people down.
Broker fees for what exactly?
The concept is simple. A person with bad credit or poor credit needs to borrow money as much as the next man but for them it is that much harder. The banks are not an option and bad credit lenders are simply not as well known as the big banks. So people do not know where to go. But brokers such as Yes Loans certainly do know where you can find them, so much so they will charge you a fee to help find you a loan. Anything up to £60 will go into the back pocket of a company that knowns one thing - how to get you a loan.
So how does that work?
It's quite simple, the brokers have a long list of lenders they can send you to. You will fit one of the lenders criteria and that is where your details will be sent. You will then have an application with that lender, or will be sent one to complete. Wouldn't it just have been easier to find the lender direct yourself? I mean it's like you're some sort of rich celebrity employing someone to help you pick out the right outfit for that night in China Whites...which clearly you are not.
No Broker Fees for you and me
So this is the crux of the matter, how to find bad credit unsecured loans with no broker fee. It's easier than you think these days. All the information and most of the bad credit lenders are online and there is a wealth of information about them and the brokers as well.
If you find a lender, and it happens to be their own site and not that of a broker give them a call. Do not say you found them through some company, say you found them yourself then double check there is no fee for using them then you find you just got a bad credit loan with no broker fee.
